formsflow.ai v6.0 Release: Native Integrations, Advanced Task Filters, and much more!

We are delighted to share the release of version 6.0, boasting many powerful new additions! Updates include  native integrations to hundreds of your favourite applications, a new range of product packages hosted by formsflow.ai, and some huge improvements to your daily workflow!

Native Integrations

We’ve enhanced formsflow.ai with an embedded native Integrations module, aiming to significantly upgrade our workflow automation capabilities. Now, designers have the ability to craft and implement integrations that leverage form fields directly within their integration workflows, using the embedded Integrations module. These integrations can be customized and incorporated into workflows as needed, with the workflow mechanism efficiently managing the data flow.

We’ve made it easier than ever to connect hundreds of your favourite business applications to seamlessly plug in to your form workflow process.

Task Filters

Task filters for reviewers significantly enhance task management by allowing reviewers to create custom filters and select form variables to display on their dashboard. This functionality enables the customization of the task dashboard view based on specific criteria such as form, workflow, assigned groups, as well as the inclusion of relevant form data directly on the dashboard. As a result, reviewers can quickly identify and prioritize tasks without delving into each task’s details, streamlining their workflow and improving productivity by focusing on the most pertinent tasks.

Task filter updates include:

• All Tasks Filter to display tasks authorized for current as default for logged-in user.
• Pick Task Assignee name from list.
• Display authorized tasks based on user roles option visible to admin users only.
• Task variable create UI and UX change.
