Where Things Get Stuck
Applications arrive through multiple channels. Documents go missing, approvals sit in inboxes, and admissions teams spend valuable time chasing information instead of helping students.
How formsflow Helps.
Create intuitive online applications that automatically move through document verification, review, approval, and enrollment workflows. Keep applicants informed and give administrators visibility into every stage.
Solution Features
- Global Student Outreach: Leveraging multilingual form fields, our admissions and enrollment process becomes inclusive and accessible to students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
- Preservation of Application Records: When a student submits an application form, preserving this information securely on-premise, or in public or private cloud is a vital requirement.
- Enrollment Reporting: Data metrics and insights empower teams to monitor the progress of applications, track enrollment trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the enrollment process.
- PDF Export for Documentation: Exporting completed application forms as PDFs simplify documentation and record-keeping, making it easier to maintain an organized archive of student applications.
- Workflow Efficiency: Standard BPMN/DMN workflows facilitate the automation of admissions processes, ensuring that each application follows a predefined path from submission to acceptance, further enhancing efficiency.
