Log into formsflow.ai and click “New Form” to begin a custom form. Enter a name like “Expense Approval Request” and an optional description, then save to enter the drag-and-drop editor.
Drag a text field from the left panel to the canvas and name it clearly, such as “Employee Name,” to identify the submitter. Configure data options like default values or persistence for storage and processing.
Access layout options, data options, and more in field settings to align with expense approval needs, such as validation rules or conditional logic.
Drag an email field named “Employee Email” for contact details, followed by a currency field named “Expense Amount” to capture financial data. Use drag-and-drop to arrange fields logically, placing currency after descriptive inputs.
Name the complete form “Expense Approval” and save changes. Review the history panel to track versions and form evolution over time.
Preview the form to test user experience, ensuring fields behave as expected. Configure form-wide settings for permissions, behavior, and integrations.
Finalize settings and click publish to make the form live with a shareable URL for submissions and approvals.
